About the India Team
We are a group of six UNC students, all ranging in age and discipline. Three students from the team graduated in May 2009, only a few days before leaving for Udaipur. Cayley, Ashley and Fahmida have begun their journey out of college through this incredible opportunity to learn about sustainable development through the work of Seva Mandir. Cayley majored in Linguistics and minored in Hindi/Urdu. Ashley majored in Media Production and Environmental Studies. Fahmida majored in Psychology. The rest of the team is comprised of two rising Sophomores and one rising Junior. McKay is majoring in International Studies and Political Science. Jillian is majoring in Film Studies and Patrick in American Studies and Poltical Science.
